1. Every student should carry his/her Almanac and I-card to school every day.
2. Date of Birth submitted will not be altered.
3. Students must be in their respective class rooms at least five minutes before the time fixed for classes to commence. Names of students coming late will be marked a LATE in the school register.
Students not using the school transport must be picked up punctually after school hours for the day. The school cannot be held responsible for the safety of the pupil beyond that period.
5. No student will be allowed to leave the school during working hours. Prior sanction, at least a day in advance, has to be taken for any such leave by sending an application.
6. If a student is wanted back at home urgently for any emergency during school hours, the escort should have a written authority note from the parent, having the specimen signature as entered in his almanac. Pupils will preferably be handed over to parents/guardians. Parent 1-card should be carried at all times.
7. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards carry their tiffins and other things required in school with them when they leave from home in the morning. We do not accept any items sent through servants or friends during working hours due to security reasons.
8. The school will not be responsible for any article lost. The students are advised not to bring valuables like expensive stationery, watches jewellery, magazines, electronic gadgets and comics to school. These, if brought will be confiscated and not returned to the students. Students are not allowed to wear watches or other valuable jewellery to school.
9. Any wilful damage done by a student to the building, furniture, apparatus or any other school property is liable to be made good by the guardian
10. Patents must make it a point to come and meet the concerned teacher when, they are called to discuss the progress of their wards
11. Promotion is based on the entire session's performance of the student Hence, due importance must be given to all assessments, regularity in attendance and work:
12. Students should return their Performance Review Card duly signed by their parents within stipulated time.
13. Parents are requested not to send anything through contactor toe students/ teachers on birthdays or special events if sent, it would be returned to the parents.
14. No application for section change will be entertained during the session.
